One of the things that I talked about in ’Dealing with PTSD’ was learning about different relaxation techniques. One technique that works well is meditation. You can combine this with your exercise, or even set it aside by itself. There are several different ways to meditate. One way is by following a guided meditation, which is listening to someone else who is guiding you through the meditation process.
If you are new to meditation I highly suggest starting out with a few guided meditations. I would suggest trying Jeanie Marshall has two good guided meditations here: Mini-length Free Guided Meditations
